We love Frohm's I wouldn't send my daughter any where else they are amazing they are passionate at what they do Chief May is the best a great guy that you can tell he loves working with the kids.

Words cannot do justice to how amazing this gem of a school in East Oakland is. Master Frohm and Chief Instructors May and Jefferson have cultivated a community that is caring, supportive and motivating. Expectations of the kids and older students are very high, and comes from a place of love and integrity. And while the physical expectations of training are there, the expectations don't end at the walls of the school. Best martial arts school in the Bay Area, hands down. Teaches inner city youth AND adults the foundations of martial arts and the building of character. Both my son and I are students here and I look forward to every class taught by these dedicated instructors.
