I never once heard a swear word or complaint (especially since they had to remove the old and install a new air handler in the attic) and they left the outside area around the condenser cleaner than when they started. “When my AC went out I had the company we have an annual membership with come out to diagnose the issue (I won’t name them here but it’s a large HVAC company in the Central Valley). They quoted me $7,000 dollars to fix the unit but most likely would need a full replacement ~$30,000.
Fortunately I got a second opinion and contacted Larry with Superior Air. He helped us diagnose what was actually wrong with the AC unit and $400 later our unit was back up and running with 1 part replaced. Furthermore, he provided a realistic plan to fix 1 other part if the first part didn’t do the trick. 1 week later the $400 part is still doing its job. More importantly, my eyes were opened to potential misleading “diagnostics” by some of the bigger companies in the Hanford area and how they try to trap you into spending a lot of money (I wouldn’t say it’s a scam, but it’s pretty close to one). Without Larry and Superior Air’s insight, I may have fallen into the big companies trap. Thanks Larry!“

“Fantastic experience working directly with Armando and Supreme Air. My father has used their services on a few occasions in years past and gave the recommendation to me in the Summer of 2022. Armando was honest, transparent, thorough, gave me an accurate assessment of what was wrong and a few different options I could explore. Above all, during an intense heat wave 110 degree weather, he was able to find a creative solution for me (tenant in Visalia) ASAP where other companies could only do 1 or 2 weeks out.He not only installed a brand new AC system for the rental property in Visalia/Tulare, but found a potential issue with the furnace and fixed that too. He was honest about the Furnace being in good shape and not needing replacement, so helped me save money by not doing unnecessary repairs and only doing what was honestly needed.His prices are not the most expensive but also not the cheapest, very reasonable and fair to get a brand new AC system put in. I will be doing business with Supreme Air again when/if needed in the future. Would recommend to friends as well. “We had a scary plumbing issue deep under the house in a spider-infested crawlspace. Water was literally pouring out from a pipe and had been for months, we just smelled an odor and had no idea where it was coming from.

American’s plumbing department came out and spent a lot of time finding the issue in that cramped crawlspace… They successfully identified it, fixed it, and inspected to make sure we didn’t have mold… all in the same visit.
They were also highly professional, friendly, and thorough. Bonus.. we were pleasantly surprised at the bill.. When does that happen??
