Owen Refrigeration & Air comes highly recommended by a friend, and the company saw why. They got back to a customer right away even when the service request was after hours, and they came out the next day. They were able to do a diagnostic on the furnace plus a service since it hadn't been serviced in a few years, and done for a good price. They even took photos and emailed copies. The furnace has been running perfectly since. Another customer called out of desperation on a Saturday evening due to the AC not working efficiently enough to cool down the home during a brutal heat wave. Kris returned the call right away and got someone out the next morning. Isaac was communicative and on time, actually earlier than expected. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took photos to see exactly what they were working with and took care of the issue within a couple hours with no hidden fees, surprises, or crazy suggestions. He immediately knew what the problem was and exactly how to fix it while also giving a fair price. 5 STARS! This is the go to heating/ac company from now on.
