I was told the winter service included water heater flush. I have an electric water heater. When it came time for service they told me it was an additional charge because it was an electric water heater. They saw the water heater when they sold me the service! I had the service for 3 years and I called/ emailing to cancel my monthly membership several times and stop charging me. Every time I was told I could not cancel because my contract was not up. However, their contract was only for 1 year. I asked to be reimbursed for the last 2 years and I was told that they couldnt do that.
