AC quit two days ago. Orlando discovered a loose wire he reattached He changed filters signed us up for regular maintenanceHe is a lovely man and should be one of your valued employees.Service: HVAC system repair
Great communication all around with this company. From the field personal all the way to the supervisors!Had them install a new roof top unit and they were able to get it done within 24hrs of my first call.You can tell it's a great company by the way their employees treat their customers.Will be using them for all my service calls from here on out!Thanks again to everyone who helped me at Lee's ?
We’ve been doing business with Comfort Now for years.Spencer is the last tech to come out. Very nice and knowledgeable. Our heater stopped blowing air. We thought it was the thermostat. He came in and right away he said let’s check the unit first.Then he found the problem right away. Not the answer we wanted $1,170 later. But it has to be done. He had to order the part. ( I think it’s a circuit board) that was last Saturday. He said he would call with an update on Monday. Needless to say we are freezing all week without any heat in site, or any update when it will be fixed.I guess we just don’t want to feel like we were forgotten.Other than that we like all...read full review
