I called this morning and I got a technician Luis Estrada to come this afternoon, which the same day is almost unheard of these days. I advised Luis that I was speaking on behalf of my father in law , and that he needed a simpler thermostat installed, he educated us on the current thermostat and how we could make easier for my father in law to use , his patience and listening ability was top notch, I highly recommend this company and Luis for the excellent customer service.
