Chloe's studio is very relaxing and although a little on the pricey side, you can rest assured you won't be disappointed. If you're looking for the best of the best, this studio has it. However, there is an aggressor (Rodney) that makes me uncomfortable and not safe to get my hair done at Arturo's Barbershop.
