I was greeted and offered something to drink before we got started. I'll preface this with the fact that my hair is nuts! It has multiple textures and is stick straight on top. It's not easy. I always dread moving to a new location and having to find a new stylist who will know how to cut my hair. Well, I found that person in Nicole. She's the owner and really knows her stuff. She knew exactly what to do and gave me a great haircut! It's literally perfect. I had a great experience.
