I was greeted very cordially by the receptionist and quickly offered tea or water. A few minutes later, Hope, my esthetician came to the waiting area and greeted me. She took me back to her treatment room, asked me the questions that estheticians ask their clients, ie., do you have any particular skin issues, what skin products do you currently use and what is your goal today.
