“I was impressed with several aspects of my experience at Valley Urgent Care. The facility itself was very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The staff members I interacted with were polite, efficient, and seemed knowledgeable about their roles. The overall process was surprisingly fast, which I greatly appreciated. However, there was one aspect of the visit that concerned me. During my examination, the physician did not check my lungs. This omission was notable given my low oxygen saturation levels. While I appreciate the efficiency of the visit, a thorough examination is always crucial for accurate diagnosis and treatment.“

“I've read people's complaints and they're ridiculous. I've been taking my kids to like 3 of their locations for years, and I've always been seen on time, and the times that it's taken longer than expected it's because it can't be avoided. It's medicine, not a drive thru at McDonald's. I've had to schedule appointments sometimes at 3 a.m., and they responded within minutes. The ladies and Dr's at the offices are very genuine and kind. Today, I made an appointment for my 14 year old at 6:48 am. Without a glitch for later today. I am grateful for kids and teens. As a single father of 3, I can honestly say I am grateful for everything they do for my kids. The staff is really courteous even to the most rude of parents. The Dr's and staff are caring and great. In addition many times at midnight or later I've been able to schedule emergency appointments for early that morning for my kids. Prior pediatricians made me go to the emergency rooms or were too booked. At kids n teens they've never turned me away. They always see my kids in a professional and timely and caring manner. Fact is my son needed his psych meds asap, because there was an issue long ago with acquiring them because of medical issues, I called them up they gave me an immediate appointment, we saw the Dr and she not only helped get his prescriptions but also made other referrals my son so desperately needed that were urgent.“

“A very nice, clean urgent care that’s great for kids as they have coloring books, a treasure box, and a very kind, gentle staff that’s good with children. We’ve been here twice and both times we were taken in quickly with barely any waiting time. The doctor was thorough, attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful.“

“I was recently sick and needed to see my doctor, but she didn't have any appointments available for 3 1/2 weeks (not even for somebody who was currently sick). I was referred to Dr. Nourparvar by a friend who raved about him. Dr. Nourparvar made time to see me that same day and I did not have to wait long. “My son had an accident playing sports and he was complaining of pain and first thing i remembered was about this clinic that was 24 hours open i took in my son the DR recommended x rays and the x-ray tech mina was really nice my son had a fracture they passed with the orthopedic and it was pretty fast and the staff was really nice i really like this place for sure will come back“
