The absolute BEST urgent care in the entire valley abd as far as I know the BEST urgent care in so cal. Dr. Riggs is on it. He doesnt make you wait unnecessarily in the lobby or in the room. He gets you in and out in a flash. He knows what he is doing and you don't leave there wondering if you really got the right diagnosis. You leave with your prescription filled. The cost for the visit no insurance is so unbelievablely reasonable I cannot explain. So whether or not you have insurance, and if you have no patience to sit in er for 10 hours and you are sick of getting the run around with no answers to your issues, go to this urgent care I PROMISE, YOU WON'T REGRET IT!...read full review
I've been coming here 30yrs. It's been a few since I've been here, and there was Dr. Rigg when I walked in. No wait, same large staff welcoming, and helpful. Antibiotics still on-site, reasonable pricing, I'm so grateful! Thank you so very much! (I couldn't get here New Year's day, but they were the only UC open)
I had to visit West Oaks Urgent Care Center two days in a row for job-related medical clearance, and both visits were surprisingly quick and easy. Each time, I was checked in and seen within about 10 minutes. The staff is genuinely friendly and professional, and the prices are much more affordable than other places in the Valley, for those paying out of pocket. I really appreciate how efficient they are. Definitely recommend!
