Yesenia G . was very helpful in everything we needed help with she when out of her way to help us and the Doctor on the shift did too sadly we forgot his name but he was wonderful trying to fine a physician for us to get the paperwork we needed done he also when out of his way to call personally to the other Exer to make sure they had the right doctor to see my son I can’t thank them enough for helping us the way they did
The waiting was way to long,saw a lot of people going in that came after me you guys prioritize the follow up with appointments that are not in discomfort .
Other than that staff was wonderful NP cleo was great.
I was lucky there was no wait today when I went in. I go here when I am sick or having ear issues, like too much wax causing pain and pressure. They do a good job, sensitive to my needs, take their time. They are caring professionals, facility clean and conveniently located. The PA and the girl that assisted me today were great.
