My third time visiting American Urgent Care over the past two or so years. In each instance, the care provided has been excellent. The staff is friendly and efficient and Dr. Newman is knowledgeable, concerned, and willing to respond to questions in terms that a non-medical professional would understand. Further, the place is sparkling clean.
Great job! I just needed a PCR to make sure I was negative for Covid and there online booking was super easy, I came in got swabbed and was out the door in about 10 minutes flat! Easier to pay 140 with card then dealing with Kaiser! Thank you American Urgent Care!
I feel so lucky to have chosen this care center. Dr. Newman and staff were extremely friendly and professional. I needed stitches done in a tricky area and he did an incredible job. Everyone was supportive and empathetic towards my situation, which meant alot since I was visiting from out of town and had no friends or family to lean on. Clear and good communication, no wait time, very efficiently processed. I highly recommend.
