I had no idea how much a real estate agent actually does beyond helping one find a home. The process is byzantine, sometimes nonsensical, and consistently stressful. I'm lucky that I had a friend who recommended Roman, who has been with us from the start. Knowing what I know now, I have no idea how I would have done this without Roman's help. It took two and a half years to find a home that worked for us, and that's when the real work began. It really does take a village, and Roman has cultivated good relationships with a variety of people throughout the process that helped us get to the finish line and beyond.
