The best! Elizabeth Marquart is a marvel. She and her very skilled team just helped us through a very challenging probate condo sale. Elizabeth had an in depth understanding of the messiness of our situation and helped us think through the options. She highlighted the potential of our property while being honest about it's problems. We had multiple good offers and a contract within a week on the market.
She also offered good referrals for needed services along the way, and her follow up was consistently excellent. Throughout our long probate process, she remained in touch. When she wasn't available, her very competent and helpful assistant Mariela was.
