The building has a vintage feel but has been completely renovated to modern standards, with traditional offices and creative environments available. I was lucky enough to be on a show that occupied one of the 10th floor office suites. It was spacious, well designed and well maintained during our whole run. The views of the Hollywood sign, Griffith Park Observatory and DTLA inspired us everyday and provided more than a few spectacular rainbows. But the best part of the experience was working with Dirk Degraeve and his helpful staff, from the parking attendants, to the front desk security guards, to the office personnel. I had a parking issue that they worked over and above on to help me take care of. I would highly recommend this space to any production or writing staff, or any business in general.
The location is 5 stars (in the heart of Hollywood near great lunch spots Superba, Gwen, Tocaya, Mama Shelter, etc.), the views are 5 stars (views of the Hollywood sign from the office on the north side of building & views of downtown from offices on the south side of the building), the tenants and networking possibilities are 5 stars (major production companies, TV writers rooms, talent management, PR, etc.), the in-building parking and parking attendants are 5 stars (take the elevator straight up to your floor from the parking structure), the 24 hour security is 5 stars (which also includes 24 hour access to my office), and the cleanliness, maintenance, and management...read full review
Boutique office space in the most prestigious area of Hollywood. Vintage buildings completely renovated to today's standards. Business friendly and responsive management. Fair prices for the service provided. They have everything from traditional offices to creative environments. Friendly neighboring tenants include entertainment, doctors, dentists and other professionals. Lots of great restaurants nearby, a coffee shop and a cool gym (Cardio Barre) in the lobby. We love coming to work every day.
