“Asked for estimate on a house remodel. Simon gave us several options based on price points that worked for us. “Nick finished my kitchen remodel 4 years ago. At that time he had found an existing leak due to the corroding pipes in my walls and underneath the house. He also discovered my house doesn't have insulation in the walls. And I also hired him to replace the electrical panels in the backyard. All in all, I have noticed a 35-40% decrease in my LADWP bills since that time. So, not only do I have an amazing kitchen, but I also have an energy efficient house thanks to Nick.

Now, 4 years later, I brought nick's company in to fix the rest of the house (my main bathroom) which still had bad plumbing. The water no longer flowed to my bathroom sink by that point! He gutted the bathroom, found problems in the pipes below and I hired him to fix the rest of my plumbing issues and to give me a new bathroom. I love it so much! and I don't know if it's the excessive rain we got over the past few months, but after replacing the rest of the pipes, on the other side of my house in my bathroom, the LADWP bill I got yesterday was another 10% lower than it was last year....the lowest bill I've ever received since owning this house for 18 years. And now i feel like I'm walking into a spa in my bathroom. I highly recommend looking at Nick's company when looking at any type of remodel! Thank you Nick!
