“Their office can be really busy, I guess cos they have a steady stream of clientele and because of their excellent reviews and reputation. It took me more than a week to book my initial appointment and a glitch happened where I was expecting to get a call for a sooner appointment if there's cancelation or a notification for my scheduled appointment and I didn't get the call/notification on either my phone/text or email which was on my initial consultation form. So the very next business day, I called them and they squeezed me in on a Monday afternoon. I had to go through marking a body diagram where my problems are but the receptionist was very helpful in filling it up on a tablet. Eventually I ended up in a check-up room and once more went through some more details of my chiro problems including a BP check. I really didn't mind all of it cos they corrected the glitch by accommodating me finally seeing Dr. Kunsman. He's keen on listening and reviewing my chiro problems and did a wonderful job using a tool to loosen up the tight tissues on the lower part of my neck and shoulder area. He then adjusted (cracked) my neck both sides (left & right) and I felt what I suspected a pinched nerve released. I waited a few days to really see if main problem was fixed and except for soreness from the tool punches, it was almost totally gone, good job Dr. K 👍
I feel like my next visit will fix most of my chiro problems then I'll plan to see him on the low cost senior discount days. I thanked Dr. K not only for his adjustments but for being a veteran and for continuing his honorable service to our community, highly commendable Dr. K 👍👍”
