1071 E 16th St STE C, Upland“We put our 6 month old Doberman in doggy daycare to help her get some good playtime with new friends and burn off the puppy energy. Our meet and greet was awesome...she did well, everyone was so nice, and they explain everything very thoroughly. We were able to look in on her playing with new friends to see if it was something she would enjoy, and she didnt even notice we were there. They have Webcam access thru the app, so we were able to check in on her during her first full day. She made some new friends, played her little heart out, and was EXHAUSTED by the time she got home. Good for her need of a lot of exercise, socializing with other dogs and people, and we know she's being well cared for while we are at work. Highly recommend!“

Other places have dismissed my extensive questions about my pet's care, but ALAH always informs me. Big thank you to Dr. Moussa as well. I feel safe and comfortable taking my dog to see him each time. Additionally, their grooming services and staff are awesome!“

121 East E Street, Ontario“I took my dog into see Dr. Solis yesterday. She is an amazing veterinarian. She was very caring, and concerned, about my dog. My dog had an infection that another local veterinarian (who I won’t name) charged a lot of money but her treatments failed. Dr. Solis knew exactly what to do and handled the infection. My dog is feeling much better today. I’m very grateful for all that she’s done for him. I’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend this veterinarian hospital.“

They took such good care of Viri. Trimmed her nails, her hair and tail. It’s been almost a month and she is still softer than she’s ever been! I will be back.“

4108 Edison Ave #111, Chino“We have been going to Loving Hands for years and years and we were always impressed with the expert care we received while under the care of Dr. Sanchez and Dr. Noland. From vaccines to various tests, dentals and surgeries, the staff have always been amazing with our dogs, cats and exotics. We have felt super blessed that Dr. Sanchez has returned to her practice and has just opened weekend emergency hours. During her first weekend of emergency hours, we sadly had to bring in one of hers and Dr. Noland’s long time patients. Our beloved shepherd’s senior body was struggling big time and my husband and I were so grateful to have her under the care of Dr. Sanchez, as she walked us through the last hours of our dog’s life. With Dr. Sanchez’s return to Loving Hands, we were comforted by her presence, and her amazing, thorough care for both us and our dog. Through the years, Loving Hands veterinarians and staff have seen our pets through both routine care and emergencies, from their beginnings and through their transitions over the rainbow bridge. We have always been loved and cared for when Dr. Sanchez is in charge and we are thankful that when our oldest shepherd was having her last moments, Dr. Sanchez was back in her hospital with hugs and tissues for the humans and with love and even an entire sweet platter of last treats for our sweet dog. Thank you, Dr. Sanchez.“

1254 E Mission Blvd, Pomona“We are new to the area and had to choose a vet quickly in an emergency. My dog doesn't do well in the car, so I chose a vet that was close to me. The staff were kind, caring, understanding, and professional. My dog needed emergency surgery that was expensive but thousands less than some other vets charge. The icing on the cake was that my dog wasn't nervous or shaking while we were there, and the waiting room was calm, quiet, clean, and almost empty every time I went. This will be our regular vet moving forward.“

1444 3rd St, La Verne“Working with Kevin has been an invaluable experience! This beautiful German Shepherd mix came to us with a serious case of PTSD — he was so leash-reactive and anxious that we had a really hard time taking him out for even the shortest walks. Kevin used his extensive understanding of dog psychology to teach us how to effectively communicate with an anxious dog, with the goal of building confidence in us humans, as well as in our pup. We look forward to continuing to benefit from Kevin’s calm, guiding presence and innate sense of canine behavior.“

8780 19th St #375, Rancho Cucamonga“I found Nancy after my new dog (4 y/o Yorkie) was showing a lot of aggression towards my resident dog (8 y/o Maltipoo). She was the only behavioralist trainer that didn’t do prong collars or e collars (which was important to me) and did not do treats but instead praise (I didn’t want to depend on treats forever). After two sessions my Yorkie has completely changed. He walks confidently behind/next to me on his leash, has learned the foundation of commands, and has taught me how to be a pack leader! Nancy taught me the importance of identifying and understanding how to read dog body language, establish my place in the pecking order and how to redirect my Yorkie’s aggression. Thank you for your help Nancy and will be recommending to any new dog owner!“

Margo was the only trainer I found that came to my home for training, she showed my kids training games to play with the puppy as well. I also did Therapy Dog training through Margo’s course, now my Great Dane Lab gets to help other people :) The Good Karma team has taught me so much about the importance of training. I am currently taking my second dog through her training, every week we look forward to the Saturday pack-walks. Thanks Margo and team for all your help the past 2 years.“

“We have been coming to Pet Time Animal Hospital for years, and every single puppy we’ve ever had has been brought here. The level of hospitality is consistently outstanding. From the moment you walk in, you feel genuine care and compassion.
The doctors are absolutely wonderful—knowledgeable, patient, and truly invested in the well-being of your pets. The front-end technicians deserve special recognition as well; they are some of the sweetest, kindest people you’ll ever meet, full of love, empathy, and heart.
Dr. Fry is, without question, one of the best veterinarians I have ever found in my entire life. Every one of my pets sees her, and I would not trust their care to anyone else. There is no other place I would take my animals.
If you’re looking for a veterinary hospital that treats your pets like family, this is it.“
