This beautiful German Shepherd mix came to us with a serious case of PTSD — he was so leash-reactive and anxious that we had a really hard time taking him out for even the shortest walks. Kevin used his extensive understanding of dog psychology to teach us how to effectively communicate with an anxious dog, with the goal of building confidence in us humans, as well as in our pup. “The doctors here are excellent. We have brought all our animals here for a few years and are completely satisfied with the service they provide. Dr Glover is extremely knowledgeable and is very compassionate with the pets. She took excellent care of my oldest dog until we helped him cross the rainbow bridge. I received follow up calls checking on his progress and when she did further research on his condition. The front office staff are all lovely, friendly, and helpful.“
“Very good. Easy peasy! However, information I received on the text was not clear as to the canine influenza shot. Was able to get for my dog but they intially said they were out of stock.Other than that it was great!“
“Love this store, and the staff. I won't take my dog anywhere else. I have an anxious and nervous German Shepherd, who occasionally stays at Pets Hotel, and we use the grooming services. All of the staff, have gotten to know her, and they go out of their way to try and make her comfortable. She can be difficult to handle sometimes, but all the staff at the Glendora store are kind and patient with her. She's a work in progress who has come along way, and the employees at this store are partly the reason for that.“
