“I have been having a lot of issues with my dogs and did not know how to handle the barking and the diss obedience. I googled for my area, a female trainer that specializes in barking, aggression, and general obedience. The first name that came up was Nancy Turnage. I read her reviews and saw that people said as soon as she walked in the door. Their dogs were totally different. They felt her energy and her taking charge. My dogs have never been that behaved ever. She sits down with you and explains everything about what it is all about having dogs and what they expect of us as being their parents. All I can tell you is that if you need someone that is experienced and caring and answers your email within 24 hours, then you need to call Nancy. All I can say is Nancy I can't thank you enough. “Our dog Snow has been going to St. Marks for about a year and a half now and he absolutely loves it! He will literally cry to get off the car as soon as we get there. He also refused to leave today when I picked him up. I spent nearly 10 minutes trying to get him in the car. This just reassures me that he loves spending time there. It makes me feel good knowing that he is having fun while I am at work. “My fur baby was in pain and Dr Guirges made him feel better right away. I have been taking all my babies to see Dr Guirges at Baseline Animal Hospital for many many years because of the great care they get and I will continue to do so.“

“We love our regular vet but their hours recently changed and we can't go during their regular hours. This place is open until 8 pm weekdays! I was fortunate enough to get an appointment the day after I called due to my my cat's illness. We did have to wait quite a bit, but they had tried calling me earlier in the day, asking if we could come earlier (I wouldn't have been able to come earlier anyway). Regardless, we met Dr. Pan about an hour after our appointment time, and he spent more than 30 minutes with us, carefully reviewing our cat's medical records, our description of his issues, and viewing videos we took. At the end, I received a comprehensive treatment plan with medications. I felt confident that Dr. Pan, despite being incredibly busy, had spent a significant amount of time studying my cat and his issues. I felt he really valued my pet's well being and I walked out of the hospital two hours later feeling optimistic that my cat will be soon be feeling better. Vet offices are really stressed right now and so I doubly appreciated the time the doctor took with us. Also shout out to Alice, who did blood work (they have an in-house lab which really saves time) and was good natured about the fact that my cat, having had enough of being poked and prodded, finally bit her. She was really nice about it. The front office people were great too. Thumbs up!“
