“I have been taking my baby here for 2 months now. He is a very shy dog, but I am thrilled with how much he loves to come here. I have been taking advantage of the many services providing, daycare, training and grooming. Junior is patients and helpful in the group trainings: though I have a challenging pet, he provides specific tips to help me try and help my dog. My pup got his first hair cut this week and the groomer being able to cut his hair/ears/bum hair/between his toes is nothing short or a miracle. My did is skittish and squirmy so I have no idea how he even accomplished that. I can't say enough positive things about how friendly, communicative and accommodating all the staff is. Special Shout out to Junior (training) Chris (grooming) and Ricardo (I think that's his name; the longer haired attendant) he is my baby's favorite. I appreciate everyone patience with my sensitive guy. I hope one day he can participate in pictures when he is not too scared. Lol Chicharrón loves his Dogtopia Family.“

This beautiful German Shepherd mix came to us with a serious case of PTSD — he was so leash-reactive and anxious that we had a really hard time taking him out for even the shortest walks. Kevin used his extensive understanding of dog psychology to teach us how to effectively communicate with an anxious dog, with the goal of building confidence in us humans, as well as in our pup. “ive been taking my dogs to Dr. Jang since 2009 and can always rely on his expertise, gentle bedside manner and transparency. When I had to put my first furbaby down, we did it with Dr. Jang and felt comfortable in his office and now I continue to take my sweet golden retriever to him!The front desk is always so friendly and welcoming too. Champ loves visiting whenever I take him here!“

“This chain franchise is a nice place to visit with your pet. If they have an accident, staff will help with clean-up if needed. Selection is very good and prices are competitive.My only concern is the check-out process, which is overly time-consuming.“
“Gets the job done. Doctor is great. Staff very friendly. But the prices are ridiculous. I paid nearly $300 for a heart storm test and basically health check.“

“Knowledgeable about all breeds. She was super helpful and answered all questions I had. Encouraged me to take my dog to one of her classes to make sure I have the most well behaved dog possssible.“
“They assisted me with euthanasia and cremation for my 16 year old dog today and I was treated with the upmost compassion and understanding. They let me take all the time my husband and I needed to be with him in my dog's final hour and I will always be grateful. Thank you so much for the care and compassion an elderly dog needs when it's time to go.“

“Our dog Snow has been going to St. Marks for about a year and a half now and he absolutely loves it! He will literally cry to get off the car as soon as we get there. He also refused to leave today when I picked him up. I spent nearly 10 minutes trying to get him in the car. This just reassures me that he loves spending time there. It makes me feel good knowing that he is having fun while I am at work. The staff is also very sweet and I love that they send me pictures of him throughout the day. “My fur baby was in pain and Dr Guirges made him feel better right away. I have been taking all my babies to see Dr Guirges at Baseline Animal Hospital for many many years because of the great care they get and I will continue to do so.“
“I cannot thank the pet smart employee that helped me tonight 9/13/2023 between 8:15-8:34. I came in in a crisis, to be honest. Was greeted politely immediately by this employee - he answered all my questions and gave input in the midst of my confusion and anxiety. I left with my purchase feeling informed, cared for & like I received the best customer service I have ever received at a Petsmart in the 16 years of pet ownership. I didn't get a name- my receipt says "community cashier: 738113" - this employee has a couple of stray rescue dogs that are Maltese mixes and carry around socks instead of toys (from our conversation at check out)! I wish I had gotten a name! I hope management commends this employee for a 5 star customer service experience! Thanks for solving my crisis ! I will be back this next week to look at more things!“

“Probably one of the only places to do real field training.. it does get busy on the weekends and right before any sort of trial.. cost is $15 per family vehicle (day pass) upTo two dogs additional dogs are $5/each if I remember correctly.. I heard they take credit cards now too“

“We found Eddie in desperation, after it became clear that our shelter dog, Moose, was not only not ready to fly in cabin with us but was increasingly aggressive with people -- and especially me. We selected the 6-7 week rehabilitation program, we could not be happier. While Moose is still a work in progress (aren't we all?), he is so much calmer, so at ease around other dogs, and much calmer -- and even affectionate -- with me.Eddie is also always available if we need his support as things arise. We are also happy to be able to board Moose with Eddie when we travel, knowing that Moose is getting the structure he needs to be is best self. Eddie is super knowledgeable about dogs, and we are lucky to have found him. He's changed our lives -- and Moose's -- for the better and for the the long term!“
