“I can’t thank them and Judy enough. I discovered my son had lice at 7a on Saturday and we had an international flight out later that afternoon for a 2 week trip. I found them online, called, and they quickly called me back (faster than anyone else). Judy came and met us an hour later, thoroughly checked and treated us both. Lifesaver. “I feel like my experience here went pretty smoothly. One of the few things that bothered me is that as we were on our way I get a call saying that my surgery was moved to earlier and someone must've forgotten to call me to let me know. This made me a little more anxious but ended up being nice because the whole pre op experience went quick. Reviews are pretty accurate about there being little privacy in the pre op area. They also asked for a urine sample from everyone but didn't tell me why which I felt like they should explain. Surgery went well everyone was really kind and compassionate considering how nervous I was. The anesthesiologist was great.“

“Walked in without a plan, just visiting while my friend got a checkup. Walked out with an insurance card, a brand new copper IUD, and consultation for my personal issues regarding my family situation. I was there for less than 2 hours. Amazing service and I'm so glad I went! I neglected going for so long because I didn't want to have to worry about waiting for paperwork to be approved, getting my parents involved, having to check back multiple times for appts, was worried about money, etc. None of that. With their help I feel confident in the control I have over my life and body. Big thanks to Dr. Cynthia for giving me my IUD! “I absolutely love the building. The location is kinda far but makes for good alone time on the drive to and from. The staff is friendly and kind. Efficient as if they know you may have other things to do in the day, get you in and out before you realize it. No, never rushed just smooth. Unlike most doctors offices that try to rush you out as soon as they can, here I’m always seen quickly and they take their time answering all my questions. So far they have gone above and beyond to try to be helpful. I really cant understand some of the negative comments here, maybe they just weren’t prepared?“
