I feel I am welcomed in pleasant modern reception room by a kind receptionist when I walk in her office and treated likewise as an important patient all the way from entry to the end of consultation with Dr….. very pleasant, very immediate, very to the point…. not like any other dr’s office these days: waiting for being called, question & answer through small hole like a guilty patient….
I've been a One Medical patient for ~5yrs, visiting offices in SF, Burlingame and now Dublin. I'm very satisfied with their services; I visit the Dr.s mostly for check-ups or if a flu's cough is persistent - 3x/yr. People have different needs, so far I've been fine with them.
I usually visit their locations in SF but the COVID 19 situation makes it hard to visit SF when everyone is WFH. I'm glad to see there's a location in Dublin. In the last visit I was screened before getting a lab test. Nice receptionist and everything is clean and quick.
