“last week (the weekend before Christmas basically) I was hoping to get antibiotics for my dogs uti. I couldn't get ahold of anyone over the phone so I just drove to the clinic, not wanting to be that person but needing antibiotics before travelling hours away for multiple days. I was pretty disappointed to see a sign on the door saying the closed at 12 that day, and especially more disappointed since I had spoken to the vet the day before and he didn't relay to me that they'd be closing early the next day. but to my surprise Dr.Varun came through! I was about to walk into an emergency clinic and go through all the tests and 4 hours of waiting just to get antibiotics and right before I got through the door Dr varun called me and asked me to meet him at shadow hills. A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE. I can't tell you how much I love and value the staff here and the Dr. Varun himself is such a wonderful man. I'm happy I bring my dog here. he loves the whole staff and loves coming to o visiy“

“Took my dog here a few times when I had just got her as a puppy years ago to get her shots, neutered, etc. after having a really bad experience at another local vet. I felt very uncomfortable based on a few things that occurred leaving me to not trust the vet there so I got my records from them and immediately decided to take her here instead. My experience was amazing every time and it was half the price of what the other vet was trying to charge as they also claimed she had something wrong with her without running any tests (she didn't and they were just basing things off of a google search in-front of me which is what made me feel very unsettled). I ended up moving out of the area for a few years, but recently moved back and my dog had symptoms of a UTI so I decided to come back here yesterday. Once again, another great experience and this will definitely be my go-to vet. They were all absolutely great with my dog (she absolutely loved it there) and I like that they're very upfront about how much everything will cost without trying to get you to buy things that aren't necessary like other vets I've been to. They've also renovated since last time I was here years ago, looks great!“

“I have been to many different vets in my life, but I can say truly that this is the best.Dr. Steve is so amazing. My Pepper had loved him when she was alive.Basil and Pickles adore him. He is so sweet to them. Pickles is an anxious girl and nervous at first with men. She only screeches with glee for me, grandpa, and her aunt. It was only the second time she met him when she immediately screeched louder than ever. He has a care that is truly wonderful. Basil gets excited for the vet with him and the wonderful staff.My cat, Juniper sees Dr. Kia. She is a spicy little brat. But for Dr. Kia Juniper immediately purrs and relaxes. I wish she would do that when I brush her!!!The staff especially the receptionists are so positive and kind and caring. They make your dogs and cats feel like celebrities!They also keep the lobby clean and there's free coffee!“

“Dr. O’Dwyer and the team are absolutely the best and we are so thankful for everything they have done to care for our 2 senior dogs. We had many visits including annual exams, dental and emergencies throughout the years (since 2018) and we were always given an excellent care during each visit. Easy to make appointments and we are always seen right on time. They treat our dogs like their own and all our questions are answered thoroughly and all issues are addressed with the best treatment plans. “Dr.Cauble is great. I was having a lot of trouble finding someone to come see my guinea pig on short notice, but he was here within 2 hours of calling. He worked fast and gave me all the information I needed to make sure my pets are healthy.“
“We had a really great experience here and are very thankful. We had recently adopted a (very friendly) stray who had been on our street for a few months. He got in a bad fight and had an infection. We rushed him to Sherman Oaks Vet Group and they were able to get him in right away. Dr. Goss did a lot of work on him including a neuter. They cleaned him up with a cute lion cut. He is feeling much better and on the road to recovery. Dr. Goss is so good with pets and the owners. We are so grateful and our kitty thanks you! He is full-time indoor now and so happy and safe.“

“The vet techs are sweet, and the doctor is really kind. I’ve had to go to them twice now, once for when my dog was attacked and had to undergo surgery that same day. They were communicative and kind.Then, when my dog had what I thought was an eye infection, they figured out it was a thorn inside of her eye, and helped me to get an appointment with a specialist that same day.“
