“Finding a groomer you trust with your dog is no small thing, so when we moved to the Valley last year, we were nervous about finding someone new for our mini Goldendoodle, Penny. Little did we know we’d end up finding the best groomer we’ve ever had.

Anna is truly one of a kind. Every time we gave her notes about Penny’s haircut, she executed them perfectly. Penny always came home looking adorable, but even more importantly, she genuinely loved going to see Anna. The second she saw her, she’d greet her with hugs and kisses, and as dog parents, that told us everything we needed to know. Anna is incredibly gentle, patient, and kind, and it is so obvious how much she genuinely loves the dogs she cares for.

The entire staff at Royal Pet Grooming deserves recognition as well. Every phone call was answered with a warm, friendly voice, and every visit made us feel welcomed. It’s clear that everyone there truly cares about both the pets and their people.

One moment that really stood out happened just this week. Penny developed a red rash on her inner thighs, and we were debating taking her to the vet. Anna recommended a product to my husband, and after using it just once, we woke up the next morning and the rash was completely gone. During Penny’s appointment, she also avoided shaving the irritated area so it wouldn’t become any more inflamed. That level of thoughtfulness and care is something you can’t teach.

This review has honestly been long overdue, and it’s bittersweet because Penny just had her last appointment with Anna as we’re moving out of town. One of the hardest parts about this move is knowing we’re leaving behind such an incredible groomer. Hearing the team tell us they’d happily watch Penny anytime we’re back in town meant more than they probably know.

Anna, thank you for taking such amazing care of our girl over the past year. We will miss you so much. And thank you to everyone at Royal Pet Grooming for making every visit such a positive experience. “I have been going to Dr. Leach in Beverly Oaks animal Hospital for at least Two decades
With several of my dogs. She has done an amazing job And her staff is very warm and friendly. Both my dogs are currently 16 years old and doing well and if they have an issue, she always gets them in as needed. Her facility is clean and they always explain things very clearly. I couldn’t recommend them enough!“

They are so amazing in every way and so appreciate the way the whole team works together. “We’ve been bringing our pup to K9 Loft for three years. The gals who run the front desk are the best (shout out Ash and Jaz!), they’re so welcoming and truly love the dogs. They usually call out her name right when she walks in the door and she’s so happy to see them too. We love the text updates with photos, and also get her groomed here. She doesn’t need a lot of shaping with her hair, but the nail clipping, teeth brushing, and gland expression are such a great service. We love this place!“

Recently, I had a family emergency and had to board my dog last minute. They were so lovely and accommodating during a very emotional and stressful time.
