“I've been using Doggie Grooming Mobile Spa for many years now. The prices have gone up from $55.00 to $85.00 now I believe. They do a great job BUT since last year it's been difficult to get someone to answer texts and phone calls to set up appointments for my furry girl. Being a long time customer you'd think they'd want to keep you as a faithful customer. But due to them ignoring calls and texts to setup appointments I'll be looking for a different Grooming Mobile to give my business too.“
“Called multiple groomers and no one had availability for a Saturday. I called pride 'n joy and they got me in same day right after my call. It was my baby's first time getting groomed so i was very nervous but as soon as I got there the staff seemed so happy and nice. There's good parking in the back and I picked my pup up in less then 2 years. Very efficient“

“Lyrix is so helpful with any information she can give me to help me with my dog Daisy, from ways to improve her appetite/diet to tips on how I can make Daisy feel better naturally. She’s also always so thoughtful and asking Daisy how she’s doing and taking the time to listen everyday she comes in for her shots. And I appreciate her sense of urgency when I needed to schedule an appointment fast. Yael is very helpful and informative, she makes sure I understand whatever it is she is talking about and doesn’t rush through anything and if I have a question she’s happy to answer! You can tell they truly want to help your pet! I prefer the holistic approach for our pets and I’m so glad I found them.“
“In his first visit Marcela turned my shaggy pup into a fluffy puppy. I can see his eyes again! She's a little hard to book with - but only because she's good so she's busy, and if asked, I'd forgo the goofy bandana she tied around his neck (but every groomer does that, don't they?) I'm guessing when I've had more experience with her, she'll likely become a five star review in my book - - just couldn't go there first time out.“
“Love this one of kind spot. Manny is still grooming my dog after 8 years of going to him at that other spot I fallowed him here. My dog Duke is happier coming here, he walks right in instead of being dragged in. I'm happy that Manny continues to take him because the older he gets the harder it is to brush him at home. Highly recommend if you want a great haircut for your pup in a quiet, stress free environment.“

My experience with how jack and hazel came out looking was beyond my expectations. The amount of attention to detail is amazing, my dogs were not shedding as much and looked so shiny. “I can not express the gratitude for this business. They really care. I am here for the holidays and needed to desperately help my family dog who I haven’t seen in a while. He hasn’t been in the best of care and looked pretty bad sadly. I called 20 different establishments and a lot of them were closing or will be closed tomorrow and I was having a difficult time finding someone. As soon as Wash my Dog picked up the phone the receptionist had such a warm heart that I could feel from the phone. I was desperate for someone and I would’ve been fine with whatever services because of the state of my dog. Even though they were close to closing they were able to graciously take care of me. I am beyond grateful for this act of kindness. Terryl did such a fantastic job with our dog and made him feel comfortable. I understood because of the time I went in, I would be turned away but they saved the day and helped my dog feel better! I can’t recommend them enough and I highly suggest everyone take their animals here for the highest level of care in the valley.“

Allie gave me a run down of how the grooming went, my dog's likes/dislikes which I really appreciated because I just adopted her. “It really upsets me that I have to write a one star review for a local business. Unfortunately, this business is non-accommodating and maybe is Miss advertising that they do daycare I'm very well aware that the dog should have all his records and his rabies shots and everything that he has which I do have and I have everything up-to-date as of this morning. Today is Monday, 29 January I came to drop my dog off Who is 14 years old reason being my house is getting painted right now. I've been trying to drop him off for days but nobody calls back. No one returns phone calls or any kind of customer service here except that Alicia did call me back once I wrote this review, I have a 14 year old dog and they will not let him in daycare unless he passes a personality test Alicia tells me that the state loss says he must pass a personality test well I'm not sure about that and I'm gonna check on that because I just left another daycare which they were very happy to take him in and if you contact a customer and you want them to change the review, I would highly recommend you contact the customer with some kind of solution not just to reprimand them because you don't like the review it seems very condescending as well. Wishing you the best of luck just telling you this, so you can maybe update your website update your signs in your window that you do not take walk-ins and that you will not take a dog without a personal test which is not done every day but a certain day they have to come in to pass a personality test never heard of such a thing, but best of luck to you, if you're running a social club and only taking premium dogs costing over $10,000 you're in North Hollywood, there are many premium dogs but you're not a social club a doggy daycare or grooming which also was impossible to schedule an appointment and I don't see if there's any other dogs in thereI highly recommend you go to Rusty's and studio city on Ventura and Colfax“
