last week (the weekend before Christmas basically) I was hoping to get antibiotics for my dogs uti. I couldn't get ahold of anyone over the phone so I just drove to the clinic, not wanting to be that person but needing antibiotics before travelling hours away for multiple days. I was pretty disappointed to see a sign on the door saying the closed at 12 that day, and especially more disappointed since I had spoken to the vet the day before and he didn't relay to me that they'd be closing early the next day. but to my surprise Dr.Varun came through! It's the best place ever. I'm glad I decided to come here for the second time. I went to another place months ago. I didn't like the outcome they were charging way too much and they were not as detailed as Shadow Hills. So thank you guys for everything and to the amazing Dr. Varun who took the time to sit down and explain everything he was sympathetic with my situation best of all the prices are affordable!

Everything went very well. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The doctor explained everything in detail to me. I'm really I was able to find them. My other vet was unable to take us same day but this clinic takes walk-ins. I'm pretty happy about that.
