“Out of town’r here. Visited this located at 7am on a Wednesday and Noah greeted me with a smile and even had a nice conversation about the facility. Gym is clean, wasn't too busy, members made eye contact, and all around a friendly gym. I did my stretches and then hit the Men’s room. There is Noah cleaning the Men’s room. Definitely recommending this gym to anyone in the area.”
“I Love Tanon and her classes! They challenge me to focus on my practice and the way my body responds.”
“Tony is amazing!!! I’ve always been a flake with other gyms and personal trainers but he really holds me accountable. He’s not in it for the money and just wants his clients to see results. I’ve lost 14inches total and started in January. I feel so much stronger and for the first time in my life I actually like working out. The other clients at the gym you go close with since we’re a small community and you get so happy for each other’s success. So glad I found Tony!”
