12/12/2023- I had planned on canceling my membership due to financial issues. I went in today and was met with a very friendly staff member at the front desk. I informed him why I was there, and he immediately called for a manager to help me out Austin came up, and after telling him my situation was kind enough to offer me some options and explain them in detail.I didn't know that I could freeze my membership for up to 3 months, which was a perfect option since I had planned on rejoining in about that timeAustin, as well as the first employee to assist me, they were very helpful and not judgemental as to why I wanted to "cancel".
