I absolutely LOVE this place, all the workouts are great! I always leave energized and wanting more!!! Good for the body and for the soul. I get to release all the stress from daily life. All the teachers are great, at first my favorite class was power kickboxing but I really like the other ones as well. I really enjoy the structure of the class!

I have been working out with Cassidy since 2018. When he started his own business, KBXC, in 2019, I followed - willingly! I was never a gym person but there is something about this kickboxing that has me hooked. There are classes that include kickboxing, aqua bags and strength training with weights - lots to choose from. Cassidy and his great team of instructors are knowledgeable and help you get the most out of your workout. To this day, they still help me with pointers. The classes and challenges are fun, the music is great and there are amazing people who I have made close friends with - a great fitfam. Don't be afraid to check this out, you won't regret it! Just after my 50th birthday, I signed up for a 30 day kickboxing challenge. I wasn't sure between the weight I'd gained during Covid and my achy joints, that this would be the right form of exercise for me, but I was wrong. I've now signed up for unlimited classes for one year and take 4 to 5 classes a week. Come get in shape and challenge yourself while knocking out the daily stress from work or life in general. All the instructors here are amazing too!
