Grace Memorial was our very first stop, and from the moment we met Jeremy, we knew we wouldn’t be going anywhere else. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care immediately put us at ease. “Both my grandparents and my parents are buried here. I’ve been coming here with my parents since I was a baby.
On my recent visit to take flowers to my Mom and Grandmother, the flower pots were overgrown with grass. Fortunately I saw one of the groundskeeper. He was so nice and helpful. He drove over and uncovered all 8 flower pots for each and also cleaned off the headstones. Thank you so much, groundskeeper Omar for your help.“

“Losing a loved one is incredibly difficult and if it's your first time, you don't know where to begin. If it was unexpected like mine, you're still trying to figure out what just happened. When we lost our Father, I was completely numb and were unsure as to the what next steps even were. Then, you have to enter in the world of Mortuaries -- which became even more confusing. Among the list of places we were considering, House of Winston stood out as one that was not only willing to work with us, but wanted to make sure we had the space and time to do our research before making our decision.

Price played a big role, but we didn't want a competitive price to mean a lower quality of service. Let me say, House of Winston OVER delivered on our expectations.

Our Father was simple guy, but we still wanted to honor him a way that would make him proud, and House of Winston did just that. “We first met with Joe, who put us at ease in planning for a difficult situation. He did a great job coordinating with our chosen priest and in taking care of what was needed for the memorial service, as well as the reception. We are very pleased with the photo enlargement, the video, the flowers, and the general set-up. Hector was fantastic in helping us the day of the event (memorial/reception). He made sure that everything was properly in place: the lobby sign-in and photos, the podium/mic, the reception tables, and water station. “Five stars is simply NOT enough. Captain Gary and his boat, the Asante, made a very difficult day for me, extremely memorable and delightful! Highly professional and respectful of my husband's cremains, he created a gorgeous floral arrangement around my husband's ashes, and assisted me in lowering them to his final resting place - the ocean - for eternal rest. He makes a stop to greet the seals, all of which have different markings, and gives an interesting talk about them, and notes that their area is protected. You are able to bring on board a charcuterie, or nibble foods for guests (please provide your own napkins and plastic ware for doing so) and music (Bluetooth) We blew bubbles after the scattering. My husband enjoyed blowing bubbles, even had a bubble machine - keep the kid in you alive! Guests also tossed rose petals over board that made a beautiful pattern on the ocean. Sincere thanks again to Captain Gary and keep in mind that he prides himself on being punctual, and expects the same in return for those boarding. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Captain Gary and the Asante. A forever terrific memory.“
