The service was prompt, professional and economical. I was able to do most of the arrangements online via email and LaShon's expertise was key in making sure I had everything I needed before my flight for a funeral overseas. Their no nonsense approach is a breath of fresh air. I will be using Neptune in the future and would recommend LaShon and her team to others.
I had never before been with a loved one when they passed on. The Hospice nurse asked who I would contact when it happened. I said 911, and he told me I had to contact a morgue. He suggested Neptune Society as he had worked with them when his brother passed on.
