Jai from Sunny's (formerly Granger's) was the installer of my tankless water heater today. I believe he did an excellent job! He arrived on time, immediately checked out the area and began installing. He estimated. about 6 hours and that's what it was. He encountered a few issues he had to work out (getting electrical to the unit and venting) but he solved it all. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable!! I would recommend him anytime ?

Granger’s went above & beyond great customer service! They sent a technician to our home at 5pm on the Friday before Christmas Day -for a clogged kitchen sink. They saved Christmas from being a total bummer! Thank you Kayla at the office and our wonderful technician!!
