Earl's Air Conditioning

We received Earl's Air Conditioning name from our home warranty provider, Fidelity. Unfortunately, our repair was extensive and going through Fidelity was going to add an additional 7-10 days to the repair timeline, which we could not do. We chose to go direct with Earl's and were very pleased. Earl's understood our timeline dilemma. Andrew and Axel showed up promptly and completed our job professionally, timely, and left our home as they found it - even wiping down the attic access which most companies have not done. Thanks Andrew and Axel and the entire office staff!

My home warranty American Home Shield assigned Earls Air Conditioning to my claim. On 7/17/23 Technician came out. The Unit was repaired 8/9/23. BTW 115 plus in Cathedral City. There appeared to be a disconnect between AHS and Earl's regarding the ordering of the Part and its availability.The Earls Staff is very Nice and professional. Especially Maria, who does/did her best and was concerned with my plight. Eventually the Unit was repaired. The AHS employs out of country customer service . I truly can's say where the breakdown of parts ordering occurred. In any event, my AC has never worked better. Earls did a in-depth evaluation and I believe repaired the problem. My daughters house was so hot because the AC stopped working. We had Earls AC come out and Andrew was amazing he called to let me know when he would be arriving. He explained what was wrong with my AC system. He was able to fix it and it’s been working great . I couldn’t be happier with Earls AC. It was also a huge plus that Andrew was bilingual.
