He was on time and assessed the work requested before going back to his van to gather the necessary tools.I asked if he could remove two stubborn existing bathroom door knobs while replacing them with new ones. He installed two 16" bathroom towel racks. Lastly and the most lengthy, he removed our existing, dating thermostat for a Nest. It took longer than we anticipated but he was patient the entire time. All the work and then some was completed at the reasonable rate he had quoted me during our first communication. He does not bait and switch nor upsell. Thank you Mr Wang!“
