“Our hot water heater stopped working and we realized that it was over 25 years old. I did my research and found Dave and his business. I spoke with him on the phone and texted him pictures of the heater and space. Dave was quick to respond and gave me a quote shortly.

Dave recommended a commercial brand heater and assured me that it’s the same brand he uses for his home. He explained what needed to be done and scheduled once we confirmed.

Dave came the following day to haul away the old heater and installed the new. He communicated and coordinated with my boyfriend. The service went smoothly and took an afternoon. The hot water is SO HOT now. I love it!!!

I’ve worked with Juan previously on a toilet repair at my home, and after both experiences, it’s easy to see why his company has earned such a strong reputation for professionalism, honesty, and quality workmanship. Our home was originally a remodeled flip, and while many cosmetic items were updated, some of the underlying plumbing fixtures—particularly in the master bathroom shower—were clearly overlooked and eventually needed attention. The hot and cold shower stems had snapped due to age and wear, the seat cushions were badly deteriorated, and the finishes/trim pieces were completely worn out and needed replacement. Given the age of the fixtures and the fact that they likely hadn’t been serviced in over 15 years, this could have easily turned into a much larger and more expensive repair.

Marco, who served as the lead technician on the job, was outstanding from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and walk us through the repair process. John, who assisted on the job, was equally professional and attentive, and together they worked incredibly efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality and care.

What impressed me most was how transparent and customer-focused the entire team was. They didn’t push unnecessary replacements or attempt to upsell work that wasn’t needed. Instead, they focused on providing the right solution while keeping costs fair and reasonable. In today’s market—especially in California—that level of honesty and integrity is hard to find.

The job was completed in impressive time, communication throughout the process was timely and professional, and the final result was excellent. The shower now functions like new again, and it’s reassuring knowing the work was done correctly by a team that genuinely takes pride in what they do.
