When I called him late yesterday afternoon and told him that our kitchen bathroom toilet was backed up, he quickly came out this morning to our house where we live here in Monrovia. He had the toilet drank cleared lickity split. He then examined our outdoor housed 40 gallon water heater for free. He appears to know much about plumbing and seems to be honest and ethical. “My family and I had been dealing with a drain issue for over a year and a half, but Monterey Park Plumbing took care of it. On Monday, May 4th, Gerry was able to put up a price and have a crew out to us by Tuesday morning. The next day, Gerry returned to put the water tank back in place when the concrete had set, and he replaced all the fittings on my water tank because the previous business had used low-quality materials. I wish there was a way to award a company a perfect score of 10 st Monterey Park Plumbing because they are good.“

“My wife and I have been using trenchless sewer plumbing company for some time now, we have been very pleased with there professionalism, cleanliness, and fair prices and 3 weeks ago was no different we noticed a foul smell and part of the lawn raised higher than the rest of the yard right away we called Gonzalo and they came out and ran there sewer camera they showed us the cause of the problem and how bad our sewer pipes were they recommended a pipe burst method and after they thoroughly explaining to us what that was they gave us a quote we were pleased with the quote and we proceeded to move forward with the job, the next day his crew was here on time , taking the proper measures to ensure our peace of mind, by the time we realized there was two holes dug up and a hydraulic system bursting the old pipe and putting in the new pipe , a little after lunch they were washing our driveway making sure everything was put back the way we had it, my wife and I are so pleased with these guys we recommended them to all of our neighbors. Thank you guys for another amazing job.“

“This is by far the best plumbing service locally here in La Canada, CA. Thry were thorough, efficient, clean and quite clear on what needed to be done for my sink drain and other issues. They went the extra mile in clearing out my clogged drain, fixed the leaks (several of them) and even corrected my poor attempt to install a new plunger and parts. They did more then what they said needed to be done, but did not charge me any extra for that. All in all, I will be recommending them to my friends and local co-workers. I could not have asked for or even expected better service.“

“I found this company on Yelp & contacted them based on their reviews. We were quoted by another company to replace our current tankless water heater & I wanted a second opinion. Jessica took my info over the phone, had me text her pics of our tankless hookup & emailed a quote that came in over a $1000 less than we were quoted. We’d been without hot water for 4 days.. They scheduled us for the following day after 4:00. The technician was running late due to traffic but they assured me he was coming, I just knew they’d be calling to tell me it was going to be postponed to the next day, but instead Jessica told me he was still on his way. He showed up after 6:00 & worked until after 9:30 to have us up & running with hot water again!!!! We were so grateful we were not charged any additional fees for the late hour & how they treated our situation as a priority! So professional & all had a great attitude, even at that late hour! I HIGHLY recommend them!!“
