On another visit, Russell, the plumbing technician, cleared a clogged toilet and also took time to point out a few plumbing concerns that could become bigger issues later, including the water heater, kitchen faucet, and the outdoor sewer line. He was professional, polite, and easy to talk to, and he explained everything very clearly. It was helpful to get extra plumbing advice during the service call, and the work was done at a fair price with excellent results.”

Happy is in their name but also you can tell they really enjoy their profession. Michael came out to diagnose our situation and provided us with several options and even drew a diagram of the system so we could better understand the situation.<br><br>They went above and beyond in every aspect. Eladio expertly facilitated the installation, providing explanations at each stage in the process, and along with Serge completed final testing and explained how the system works. The previous install had some structural issues which Roberto expertly addressed, although it added time and sweat to his job.<br><br>The attention to detail by Happy Camper is top notch, and refreshing to experience, albeit rarely seen in this day and age. Benjamin was very patient as he walked a tech deficient veteran through the programming of the new thermostat. Lastly Juan, the owner came out twice to see if we had any questions and to check the installation, this is almost unheard these days. We will be using Happy Camper for all of our future HVAC and plumbing needs! Highly recommend! (in the photos everything silver is new and was not properly installed previously)”

“I have used Plumber XP for many years and I have also referred them to my clients and friends. They just finished my entire house re-piping and it's a big job for the house with age; I am happy with the result and after I back from my trip, I found out there is one hose in my backyard without any water which the hose is important to me while I work in the back yard. I contacted Plumber XP and Eddie was here yesterday afternoon. I have worked with Plumber XP for years but never have a chance to meet Eddie. I think they should send Eddie to me earlier since he did a great jobs to replace the parts and did a test in the back yard. If I have any job in the future, I will designate Eddie to be there.
