Carlos, with Gladiator Pest Control, arrived on time and explained how he was going to treat areas all around the house exterior.

Carlos was very professional and did not try to up-sell us on any other services; which I was half expecting from a pest control business. Carlos did the job a few days ago and we have seen only a few stray ants and hope that the infestation is solved. We have a warranty that will cover any re-infestation within a few months. “Larry was exceptional. His communication was consistent, and he arrived exactly when he said he would. He was relaxed around the wasp nest, and within 20 minutes had it entirely taken care of.

The next day some wasps were on the ground and dying. I messaged him about this, and he immediately replied, saying that was normal and could happen for a few days, but nothing to worry about.

I feel certain he’d come back out if the problem evolved again. Although it hasn’t!
