“P rompt answering the phone, very polite, asked me if I would mind holding , after a few seconds came right back , thanked for holding and asked how could they could help me. I explained the reason for my call, asked how soon I could get in for an appointment, later today after 1. I went at the appointed time, was welcomed, gave my info, and waited a few minutes before seeing the Dr. The Dr was very otofessional, evaluated my condition, and ordered prescriptions. Am home now, have my medication and feeling much better. Must say very professional!“

The last few times I've gone to urgent care, I've been in and out in an hour to hour and a half. I've been to other Kaiser urgent cares in other cities, and those wait times were really long compared to my wait times here. The staff are helpful and friendly, despite having to deal with the mass number of people who come in. They're put under a lot of stress and I really appreciate all they do.“
