Was greeted by the most friendly and welcoming receptionist I’ve had in probably a year or more. Sweet, helpful and welcoming. I think her name was Tricia. My PA was also very nice and thorough. These two were a welcome change. However- NOT PLEASED WITH THE DOCTOR. I get tonsillitis and chest infection every single year at this time. Probably last 50 years- starts in the throat and goes into the chest. They see this in my chart- yearly- I’m given antibiotics and I’m better almost next day. She would NOT GIVE AN ANTIBIOTIC- I pray I don’t have to go to ER over the weekend. Not happy with her!

The staff welcomed me nicely, gave me assistance with the paperwork! Not much of a wait at all! The nurse and PA carried on my exam politely & warmly.They explained with conclusions that made sense to

They were very prompt , informative and polite. The provider I saw was Zach and he was excellent!! Also, the X-Ray tech was very thorough!! She took extra time to get good shots of my ribs and lungs. She went the extra mile!! I highly recommend the Kalmia location in Murrieta.
