I saw Dr. Nicolette due to coughing and breathing issues. She was informed on my other health issues, meds, and listened attentively. Thorough exam and solid recommendations on treatment options. As a senior with several issues it was excellent to have an actual physician. Will return and recommend

Upon arrival we were greeted with a very friendly receptionist (Rachel I believe) she was super helpful with getting us checked in and answering an insurance question. We came here due to my son showing sign of an ear infection. When we saw the doctor she was so friendly and very engaging with my 4 year old who was just in so much pain and not happy but she still tried to put a smile on his face. She automatically knew ear infection and checked it and confirmed. She prescribed us antibiotics and sent us on our way. The only downside was making the appointment but still waiting an hour or so to be seen. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

We love Carbon Health. Wait is always short and care is top notch. We use the app to make our appointments. With 3 kids we've been seen for a variety of issues and have always been pleased. Having an on-site x-ray machine is so convenient. We saw Dr. Nicolette for my son's injury and she spent time explaining our options, letting us decide best course of action and what to keep an eye out for. Never felt rushed as we can feel at other urgent care facilities.
