“I'm about nine months into my updated setup with the Nvidia Quadro A6000 GPU that I had installed by King Star. This is a special order item that enables you to run dual 8K displays on only one GPU. It's been fantastic, no joke-- very clear that the A6000 is enterprise hardware and crushes consumer offerings, even from Nvidia (I previously had a 3090). The A6000 runs cooler and faster than the 3090, as you can see from my telemetry. You can even do broadcasting in 4K using Open Broadcast Studio without dropping any frames (or recording in 8K with no dropped frames). I will definitely be coming back to King Star in the event I want to add another A6000 to run two more 8K displays for a 16K screen...that would be really crazy, but this is the kind of thing you can do with a great systems integrator like King Star. I recently switched to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 from Windows 11 Pro, and the system they built performs flawlessly in RHEL 9 as well, with minimal effort. Take my money!“

“Simple Solution is the ONLY place anyone should go to for their industrial/business media, cabling, and computer service needs. The owner, Sigi Valencia, treats customers with the highest respect and patience; above all, his team and he himself deliver services with indisputable integrity, technical expertise, and professionalism. When I called around to ask for help with my never-ending residential media issues, I wasn't able to get anyone to respond promptly. When I called and learned that Simple Solution only handles industrial accounts, I was pleasantly surprised that Sigi called me back after I left a message with the receptionist. He explained to me that he only handles business accounts, but took time to listen to my issues with patience. He gave me several recommendations of places that could handle residential media issues. Unfortunately I had to call Sigi back to explain that I was totally defeated to have any of his recommended services come fix our media issues quickly, and that my problem was "un-fixed" by other vendors multiple times over the course of the past year. Incredible as it may sound, Sigi offered that he himself, or one of his techs, Brandon, would come help me out the next day. Sign refused to charge me for anything, as he said 1. he doesn't handle residential accounts , and 2. it appeared that my problem could be easily fixed by him or Brandon. He did it purely to help someone who's in need. Brandon, the tech who works for Sigi, was equally courteous, patient, and respectful as Sigi. He fixed my problem "completely" and refused to receive any kind of gratuity. Service places with technical expertise like The Simple Solution just doesn't exist any more. If you have any industrial IT/media need, DO try The Simple Solution. Besides the fact that Simple Solution knows "their stuff" (as my media/cabling problems that were unfixed by others and now 100% fixed by Simple Solution), they have the professionalism and integrity that would back up their expertise!“

I used it at home, and it did not charge my computer, which made me quite upset. I then returned to the store, and they said they would return it and use the money to buy a new one that worked. I went to the store to see if they had gotten a new charger a week later, and they told me it had metallic marker on it, so they could not return it. I received the new charger with the metallic marker on it, and I assumed that it was a marking to sort the charger, or mark it for delivery or what type of charger it was. They then asked me for my pc serial number, and they would see what they could do. After this, I stopped talking to them. That is fully my fault, and the factory who made the chargers fault, and none go to the kind men who run the shop. TLDR: I lost 60$ due to a refund error that was caused by someone who made the charger putting metallic marker on it.ThanksJosh“
