Excellent and quick service from Ali, who diagnosed my 2009 Mac Pro and was honest in what the cost of repair (failed power supply) would be for an ancient computer Apple no longer supported. Very much appreciate there's someone I can still go to today. Better than Apple support, especially for older devices.

I had an issue with my Iphone camera. They ran Apple’s diagnostics and recommended replacing the camera. Everything went smoothly and the issue is resolved. The specialist was friendly, respectful, and professional.
