I'm 84 and I was delighted to discover an Apple Approved Service Provider here in Mountain View, as the closest Apple Store is farther. The online appointment setup and prep process was clear and easy. At the store, I was treated courteously. The options for analysis and repair were explained patiently and thoroughly. My iPhone 15 Pro is under AppleCare One and they replaced the screen for the $29 fee per Apple's scale. I was impressed by Ali's customer service - he was gracious, knowledgeable, and accommodated my wish not to have to return on the e-bike, as it's a longish ride. I had a great experience with Mobile Kangaroo Mountain View, especially working with Ali. My laptop had water damage, and he was able to fix it in an expedited timeframe, which I truly appreciated.

As a designer, I was genuinely worried that I had lost all my data, which would have been a huge setback. Ali quickly understood the urgency and handled the situation with confidence and expertise.

Great service from Ali - friendly, helpful, and made sure I was comfortable with the screen replacement after my iPhone 14 Pro Max had water damage. The waiting room felt comfortable and safe, and my phone is now working perfectly.

I had a big trip coming up in a few days, so I really appreciated how quickly everything was taken care of.
