I spoke to Kurt, the Service Manager, about my problem. He told me on the phone what I should do first to correct the problem before bringing in the printer. IT WORKED. He saved me paying for repair service.THANK YOU KURT!!

Deens Electronics is indispensable! He tells it like it is and doesn't scam you. He rescued my Epson Artisan 730 printer.Kurt greets you at the counter and listens to your problem. There is a service charge and it is best to call him first before heading to Fremont. Thank you, Kurt.

I was trying to repair an old printer. Kurt was very transparent and honest that it really wasn’t worth repairing. He saved me the money and grief by doing me a solid. Although, my printer was not salvageable, I appreciated the excellent service; he could have charged me for the diagnostics and then told me he couldn’t repair it. Thank you so much Kurt!
