“Simple Solution is the ONLY place anyone should go to for their industrial/business media, cabling, and computer service needs. The owner, Sigi Valencia, treats customers with the highest respect and patience; above all, his team and he himself deliver services with indisputable integrity, technical expertise, and professionalism. When I called around to ask for help with my never-ending residential media issues, I wasn't able to get anyone to respond promptly. When I called and learned that Simple Solution only handles industrial accounts, I was pleasantly surprised that Sigi called me back after I left a message with the receptionist. He explained to me that he only handles business accounts, but took time to listen to my issues with patience. He gave me several recommendations of places that could handle residential media issues. Unfortunately I had to call Sigi back to explain that I was totally defeated to have any of his recommended services come fix our media issues quickly, and that my problem was "un-fixed" by other vendors multiple times over the course of the past year. Incredible as it may sound, Sigi offered that he himself, or one of his techs, Brandon, would come help me out the next day. Sign refused to charge me for anything, as he said 1. he doesn't handle residential accounts , and 2. it appeared that my problem could be easily fixed by him or Brandon. He did it purely to help someone who's in need. Brandon, the tech who works for Sigi, was equally courteous, patient, and respectful as Sigi. He fixed my problem "completely" and refused to receive any kind of gratuity. Service places with technical expertise like The Simple Solution just doesn't exist any more. If you have any industrial IT/media need, DO try The Simple Solution. Besides the fact that Simple Solution knows "their stuff" (as my media/cabling problems that were unfixed by others and now 100% fixed by Simple Solution), they have the professionalism and integrity that would back up their expertise!“

“UPDATE: sorry it took a while for me to edit this, but the people who work at this shop are amazing. they held onto the money for 3~ months and offered a full refund with no hassle as soon as I asked. I cannot say enough how great the people who run this shop are, and if you see my review please go to Pro-2-call, as its helping a smaller business. if I had bought my charger from best buy and the same thing happened, my money would have been gone forever. If I ever have any other issues with my computer, I am with them for life, as long as they will still take my business. THANK YOU!First off, the people who run the shop are lovely. They always offered assistance in any way they could, and even gave me a charger for my computer that would work free of charge. Great guys, but now I will get on to the lower then average rating. The fist time I visited their shop, they were good and diagnosed why my computer was not charging, which was because of the faulty charger I used. they then sent out an order to buy a new charger, which arrived within the week. I used it at home, and it did not charge my computer, which made me quite upset. I then returned to the store, and they said they would return it and use the money to buy a new one that worked. I went to the store to see if they had gotten a new charger a week later, and they told me it had metallic marker on it, so they could not return it. I received the new charger with the metallic marker on it, and I assumed that it was a marking to sort the charger, or mark it for delivery or what type of charger it was. They then asked me for my pc serial number, and they would see what they could do. After this, I stopped talking to them. That is fully my fault, and the factory who made the chargers fault, and none go to the kind men who run the shop. TLDR: I lost 60$ due to a refund error that was caused by someone who made the charger putting metallic marker on it.ThanksJosh“
