The people there were very quick to respond, and fixed something that we thought was impossible to do. Javier was very kind and got to the center of the problem quickly and efficiently, and the team fixed the phone up in under a minute.Very nice service.

Knowledgeable technicians and good response time. They have a submittal form that makes some assumptions. When I entered my husband's name, email, and cell phone, the page generated a repair request with my name and email because the home phone was on the form as well and I had been a customer previously. Their communication seemed to default to our home phone. This delayed communication because the home phone, unlike texts to a cell, doesn't have a notification option if you are out.

Super professional service! They really live up to their name. I like the quick email alerts and responses. All very friendly and helpful staff! I brought my laptop for repair and despite small issue with charger (my fault as I forgot to mention laptop is from EU and naturally needs EU charger) my laptop was fixed and all data recovered very quickly. Very happy with it, thanks guys :)
