“Synergy has been great in helping our aging parents get quality in-home care. They have been very flexible in increasing hours/help when needed and making adjustments in coverage or work as needed. The caregivers have been very good, and the management team has been very responsive. Everyone truly cares about their clients. The portal is also nice since it transparently shows scheduling information, care notes, hours, and billing all in one place.“

“I feel compelled to write this review about National Home Health Services (2880 Zanker Rd, SJ) because of the outstanding care we received. My brother was discharged from the hospital to assisted living after receiving a pace maker, heart valve replacement and many other health concerns, including leg wounds and cognitive issues. Our family was overwhelmed with managing his care and recovery. Home Health Services was a life saver! I would especially like to thank Eric the RN who was assigned to our case. I can without a doubt say the reason my brother has made an amazing recovery is because of Eric and his exceptional care. Eric developed and implemented a plan towards my brothers recovery. He provided excellent wound care, prescription meds management and had a commitment to my brothers success. He communicated with us and encouraged my brothers self-progress. My brother’s recovery has been remarkable due to Eric and his teams efforts, including Kathryn (physical therapy), Charu (Occupational therapy) and Cyndi (HHA). “I have used personnel from St Joseph's a few times while recovering from knee and hip surgeries. I have found their RNs, physical therapists, and home health aides all generally experienced and professional and courteous and just excellent at what they do. I will continue to request them after surgeries. There was only one home health aide that seemed to be less experienced and I had to explain things to her.“
