“My family and I benefited from the services from Redwood Hospice for a very short time due to the rapid decline of my aunt. I cannot explain how much they helped us. We had been dealing with numerous hospitalizations and placements before we turned to hospice. Jobel was the Case Manager who was working that day and though they were not assigned to our family, they continued to support and answer questions over the weekend, though I'm not even positive they were scheduled to be working. Penny, the Nurse Practitioner, and Dr. Stephans were amazing, compassionate, helpful, and supportive. A Chaplain was sent to visit us and we were offered the support of a Social Worker. They were efficient, ordered all supplies, and were focused on making my aunt feel comfortable and taken care of. Their comprehensive care allowed us to completely focus on my aunt during her last days and they took care of everything else. My family is deeply appreciative and grateful for their help.“

“I recently broke my leg and was given a Physical therapist to come to my home. I got Danae Long from Kairos and she was very sweet and patient. She took the time to answer all my questions and helped me tremendously. When I randomly started crying during our first session she comforted me and reassured me that I was okay. She taught me many different stretches and exercises that made life a lot easier and made my leg feel incredible. She gave me confidence to walk up steps and walk around by reassuring me that I would be fine and to take things slow. She did a lovely job at helping me and she will be missed.“
