“It is has been said that patience is a virtue, so here is our story. We had major damage to our upstairs master bath and bedroom which went through the walls and floors into our downstairs family room and bath. We contacted three different construction companies with JM being the most fully booked for several weeks out. Since JM came with high recommendations from a reliable source we decided to go with them and live with the inconvenience a little longer. Our contract letter read in part: “We appreciate the opportunity to assist you and are committed to the highest level of quality and service”. JM lived up to this promise way beyond any expectations on our part.To start, Ben, JM’s estimator, sent a detailed 19 page estimate to our insurance company and it was then declined by our USAA claims adjuster. In a very professional manner, Ben notified USAA of an oversight on their part and the full amount requested was immediately transferred into our checking account. Thank you to Ben! Once the restoration began we were provided with excellent work, in a timely manner, as well as kept informed throughout the process. Our scheduling needs were taken into consideration and adjustments were made accordingly and we were pleased with all the projects done by the sub-contractors. However, we were especially impressed by the meticulous attention to details and the professional mannerisms of the JM employees, Antonio, Hector, Julio and Stephen. Most of all, Dave, our Project manager, was there for us every step of the way. We would have been lost without his expert recommendations and guidance during the reconstruction process.Thank you to everyone at JM Construction. “I would hire again and recommend ServPro of Campbell in a heartbeat. Had issue in a bedroom ceiling that 3 roofers looked at but not one went into attic or did any kind of investigation to determine actual source of the problem. Two roofers provided bids ranging $7-$8500 to either replace section of roof or add ridge vent (claiming insufficient attic ventilation...)Only ServPro of Campbell came with proper tools and mindset to do a thorough job. Working together we found bathroom duct had disconnected from roof vent and a second location had a failed gasket. My hunny reattached duct (no cost) and got $21 fix at HomeDepot for failed gasket. Total ServPro cost to investigate, prepare and protect the work space, remove damage, repair, and paint was less than $3k.They fit me into their schedule despite my need for tight turnaround and very single person on my project showed up on time, was courteous & friendly, professional, knowledgable, willing to actually trouble shoot and collaborate with me. Their knowhow, professionalism, and responsiveness helped reduce a very stressful situation AND I now have huge peace of mind that source problem is actually fixed. FABulous working with them. “We had Attic Star to replace the air ducts in the garage. They did a great job from start to finish, and communicated promptly and well. I got couple estimates and Kalev ,the project manager, was thorough in his walk through. He pointed out few things that other estimators missed and was creative to plan the ducts placement for future renovation. The ducts were wrapped with asbestos, which they subcontracted to a licensed asbestos removal company to remove the day before duct installation. Kalev handled the coordination which made things easy. Jaime, Manuel and Victor A. came on the day of duct installation, and they were hardworking, professional and easy to work with. They did a great job installing the ducts and addressed all my questions. The office was also quick to address my follow up questions and forwarded the air quality report from the asbestos company.“
