Expert - knew how to assess, had all the right tools with him, explained his thinking / logic of what was going on in a way that made sense. Ethical - assessment of issue was that we didn’t need his services. He gave us his recommendations based on what was wrong and he left without charging me. Who does that? It was so helpful to know what it wasn’t so we could deal with what it was. We asked him again to charge us for coming out and diagnosing issue, and he again declined. “Very grateful for Speedy! Rafael and Susie coordinated the work. Jesus explained what was happening at each stage. They were extra busy but communicated well, as such I had to pester them to ensure the next step was moving forward. We had a couple times where our schedules were a not aligned, but I was able to reach Rafael who responded over the weekend to provide estimates very quickly for same day co-trustee approval. The office staff are also great and called immediately after I realized I made a payment error.“
