One Call Services did a great job with the mold removal in my basement. Their pricing was reasonable, and the team was professional, thorough, and easy to work with throughout the process. They also completed the air quality testing after the cleanup, and overall I’m very satisfied with the service.
We recently used One Call Services and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. Their team performed thorough, detailed work and demonstrated exceptional knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire project.
Jaime Ceja, the Account Manager, was especially great to work with. He kept us well informed every step of the way, explaining all details clearly from the beginning through completion. The communication, attention to detail, and quality of work truly exceeded our expectations.
I highly recommend One Call Services !!
Jaime did an excellent job at our house. He was very knowledgeable and responsive, clear on what he was doing and what needed to be done. When he inspected our kitchen for mold, he identified some areas the other companies didn't even identify. He is very patient with our questions. Would highly recommend Jaime and his team at One Call Services! They know their stuff when it comes to water damage and mold remediation. Thank you highly recommend them true meaning of the word Mold Experts.
